Basketball Recap: Keio Academy of N.Y. Comes Up Short

Keio Academy of N.Y. was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 19th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Yonkers Montessori Academy Eagles, falling 66-20. While losing is never fun, the Unicorns can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 746th, while the Eagles are ranked 136th).

Keio Academy of N.Y.'s defeat dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Yonkers Montessori Academy, the win (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 16-2.

While Keio Academy of N.Y. had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
