Volleyball Recap: New Trier Comes Up Short + How To Watch

New Trier lost against Whitney Young back in October of 2018 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Trevians fell just short of the Dolphins by a score of 2-1. The Trevians have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, New Trier sadly dropped the once that decided the match. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 17-25, 31-29.

New Trier's defeat dropped their record down to 8-3. As for Whitney Young, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-3 record this season.

New Trier didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 loss against Glenbrook North on the 25th. As for Whitney Young, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Jones on the 25th.
