Basketball Recap: Van Buren Comes Up Short

Van Buren lost against Upper Sandusky back in November of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Van Buren Black Knights were beaten by the Upper Sandusky Rams 57-20. The contest marked the Black Knights' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Van Buren's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-9. As for Upper Sandusky, the win snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 9-7 record.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Van Buren will host Genoa Area at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Upper Sandusky has already played their next match (against Carey), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
