Orangeburg Prep scored a shocking upset when it eliminated Hammond, 20-0. At the time, the Skyhawks were ranked 20th in the state, while the Indians were 34th.

The biggest upset of the week belonged to Orangeburg Prep, who defeated 20th ranked Hammond, 20-0.

Hunter Beyersoerfer and Bryson Ashmore gave Augusta Christian a balanced attack through the air and ground last week. Beyersoerfer threw for 166 yards and 2 touchdowns, while Ashmore ran for 174 yards. Teammate Tyquan Burns added to the ground attack by rushing for 32 yards.

Beyersoerfer and Ashmore gave the Lions a balanced attack in passing and rushing last week.

Ashmore was a passing and rushing force as Augusta Christian defeated Ben Lippen. Ashmore's favorite target this week was Ian McDaniel, who caught 3 passes for 66 yards.

Devin Singleton was the best wideout in SCISA AAA this week as Wilson Hall bested Pinewood Prep. Singleton tallied 3 receptions for 78 yards.

Beyersoerfer put up the best numbers through the air as marty griffin's team topped the Falcons.

Ashmore was the most successful running back in the league this week.

Leading the league in both passing and receiving yards, the Barons' William Kinney and Singleton have proven to be a lethal combination. 5-11 quarterback Kinney has thrown for 304 yards this season, while Singleton has 7 catches for 156 yards. The Lions' Ashmore leads the league in rushing yards with 321.

A big matchup in SCISA AAA this week will be when Erik Kimrey's team takes on Laurence Manning Academy. As it stands, the Skyhawks are in seventh, while the Swampcats are in third.

Wilson Hall's Jay Goodson recorded the longest rushing play in the league this season in his game against the Panthers last week. Goodson scampered for 69 yards on the play and finished with 130 on the day as his team topped Pinewood Prep.
