Softball Recap: Divine Child's Run of Four Straight Wins Now Over

Divine Child and Airport squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Divine Child had to settle for second. They fell 5-2 to the Jets. Having soared to a lofty 19 runs in the game before, the Falcons couldn't push the score so high this time.

The loss snapped Divine Child's winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 18-10 record. As for Airport, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 26-8 record this season.

Divine Child does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Airport, they will face off against Paw Paw on Thursday. The Red Wolves will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Jets surely won't give up without a fight.
