It's playoff time, and Lamar had no trouble coming through when it counted. They were the clear victor by a 50-27 margin over the DSST: Montview Knights on Friday. The Thunder have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 games by 22 points or more this season.

Lamar got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Tatum Milenski out in front who shot 45% from the field to rack up 13 points and five boards. Milenski continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last four games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Brooklyn Robbins, who posted eight points along with nine rebounds and six steals.

Lamar has been performing well recently as they've won 15 of their last 18 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-5 record this season. DSST: Montview is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 15-8.

Looking ahead, Lamar and Pagosa Springs will face off at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest, having both just played. DSST: Montview does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
