Basketball Recap: West Cabarrus Find Success

The West Cabarrus Wolverines didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against the Butler Bulldogs on Thursday, but they still walked away with a 61-57 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wolverines.

West Cabarrus' victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. West Cabarrus is packing up and heading out for their first away game of the season: they will face off against Jay M. Robinson at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Butler, they will venture away from home to square off against Sun Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
