Willcox proved they can win big on Thursday (they won by three) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out the Williams Vikings 2-1. The victory was nothing new for the Cowboys as they're now sitting on five straight.

In the two sets Willcox was on fire: they won each by at least ten points. The final score came out to 16-25, 25-15, 15-5.

Willcox's win bumped their record up to 11-4. As for Williams, with the loss, they broke their three-match winning streak and moved their record to 12-7.

Willcox wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Joseph City on the 10th. As for Williams, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Many Farms on the 10th.
