Perryville extended the longest winning streak in Upper Chesapeake Bay - Chesapeake this week by beating Patterson Mill, 38-30. The victory was the fourth in a row for the team.
Aberdeen scaled the state rankings by moving to 50 from 92 this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Eagles were able to move up by topping C. Milton Wright 54-14.
Perryville's offense cannot be tamed this season and the Panthers feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Cameron Cunningham has thrown for 949 yards and 7 touchdowns this season, while Tyrell Hollingsworth has 14 catches for 403 yards.
An important game coming up in the league this week will be when Perryville takes on Bel Air. As it stands, Chris Johnson's team is in first, while the Bobcats are in fifth.
The Mustangs lost to Aberdeen 54-14 last week, the largest margin of any game.
