Stillwater won the last time they faced Ponca City and things went their way on Thursday too. The Pioneers' pitchers stepped up to hand the Wildcats an 8-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Pioneers, who have now won nine matchups by seven runs or more so far this season.

The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 2 run in those games.
