Soccer Recap: Quincy Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Quincy lost against Moline back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Blue Devils came up short against the Maroons, falling 7-0. While losing is never fun, Quincy can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois soccer rankings (they are ranked 213th, while Moline are ranked 45th).

Quincy's loss was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 5-6-2. As for Moline, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season.

Quincy will square off against Jefferson City at 12:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Moline, they will challenge Lincoln-Way East at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
