Soccer Recap: Arvada West Takes a Loss + How To Watch

While it was all tied up 2-2 at halftime, Arvada West was not quite Fairview's equal in the second half on Monday. They fell just short of the Knights by a score of 5-4. Even if Arvada West couldn't come away with the victory, the high-scoring effort was a great turnaround for their offense, which had struggled int the games prior.

They hit Fairview with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Cade Benage (2), Merrick Woodrich, and Jonathan Trinkle.

Arvada West's defeat dropped their record down to 4-2-1. As for Fairview, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season.
