Recap: Choctawhatchee Indians vs. Escambia Gators
The Choctawhatchee Indians won the last time they faced the Escambia Gators, and things went their way on Tuesday too. Choctawhatchee didn't even let Escambia onto the board and left with a 2-0 win. Despite the win, that was the fewest points Choctawhatchee has scored all year.
Choctawhatchee's win bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Escambia, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-7.
Choctawhatchee has the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome Navarre at 6:30 p.m. on December 21st. Navarre will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Florida Rankings (they are ranked 250th, while Choctawhatchee is ranked 74th). Escambia is on the road again on December 29th and play against Pensacola Catholic at 2:00 p.m. on December 29th.
