Soccer Recap: Galt Extends Winning Streak to Five

Galt won the last time they faced Bradshaw Christian and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Galt Warriors sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the Bradshaw Christian The Pride. Given the Warriors' advantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 67th, while the The Pride are ranked 216th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Jaylen Mendez and Breen Velazquez scored both of Galt's goals, bringing their combined season tally to seven goals.
