Cypress Park was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat. They took a 57-41 bruising from the Waller Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 55-50 back in January.

Cypress Park lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Hidayah Data, who posted nine points and three steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Aaliyah Square, who earned ten points.
Waller's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Hailey Angelo-Miller led the charge by putting up eight points along with eight rebounds and seven steals. What's more, Angelo-Miller also racked up two blocks, the most she's had since back in December of 2024.
