After having lost a blowout in their previous game against South Anchorage, Colony was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Mountain City Christian Academy Lions 1-0. The Knights haven't had any issues with the Lions recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive win against them.

Colony's victory bumped their record up to 19-9. As for Mountain City Christian Academy, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-11 record this season.

Colony wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 1-0 loss against Kenai Central on the 10th. As for Mountain City Christian Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 1-0 win against Seward on the 10th.
