Volleyball Game Preview: Upper Arlington Golden Bears vs. Dublin Coffman Shamrocks

Upper Arlington is 1-9 against Dublin Coffman since October of 2020 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Golden Bears will be playing at home against the Shamrocks at 6:45 p.m.

Upper Arlington came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to Olentangy Orange.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-7, 25-19.

Meanwhile, Dublin Coffman made easy work of Hilliard Davidson on Thursday and carried off a 3-0 win.

While Dublin Coffman might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Hilliard Davidson scored at least 19 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-23, 25-19.

Dublin Coffman found their leader in sophomore Milena Brennan, who had 16 digs and two aces.

Upper Arlington's loss dropped their record down to 15-5. As for Dublin Coffman, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 8-11 record this season.
