Baseball Recap: Northshore Comes Up Short

Northshore and Walker squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Northshore had to settle for second. They lost 11-0 to the Wildcats. The shutout was out of character for the Panthers seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in March.

Northshore's defeat dropped their record down to 32-6-1. As for Walker, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 26-10 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Northshore beat Walker by a score of 3-1 later that day.
