Soccer Recap: Jackson Takes a Loss

After flying high against Circleville on Saturday, Jackson came back down to earth. The Ironman/Ironladies fell just short of the McClain Tigers by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday. Jackson were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as McClain apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Jackson now has a losing record of 3-4. As for McClain, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 7-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Jackson will take on rival Hillsboro at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, McClain is set to challenge their familiar foe Miami Trace at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
