King George had to settle for second on Tuesday, but Kayla Smith sure wasn't going down easily. Smith turned in nothing short of a gem, tossing six innings while giving up just two earned runs off five hits. She has been consistent : she hasn't given up more than one walk in seven consecutive appearances.
