Basketball Recap: East Prairie Comes Up Short

East Prairie lost against Scott City back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The East Prairie Eagles fell 65-53 to the Scott City Rams.

East Prairie's defeat dropped their record down to 14-4. As for Scott City, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 17-3 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. East Prairie will take on Campbell at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Scott City, they will square off against Malden at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Malden has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the game with 14 straight losses, while Scott City will come in with seven straight victories.
