The biggest upset of the week belonged to Wylie East, who defeated 88th ranked Wylie, 35-28. Garrett McCain threw for 290 yards and 2 touchdowns and ran for 51 yards during the win.

Jason Rone of the Raiders ran for the longest rushing play in 4A Region II District 13 this season against the Pirates last week. Rone ran for 90 yards on the play and finished with 125 on the day as his team topped Wylie.

Joe Lepsis' team's offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. On the ground Rone contributed 125 yards. Mitchell Clark helped Wylie East's passing attack out by catching 1 ball for 40 yards.

He went 11-20 with 1 interception.

Jared Wyatt had an awesome week catching the football as the Raiders defeated Bill Howard's team. He caught 5 passes for 217 yards.

McCain put up the best numbers in passing as Wylie East topped the Pirates. McCain's favorite target this week was Wyatt, who caught 5 passes for 217 yards.

6-foot-0 quarterback McCain of the Raiders is the league leader in passing yards this season with 1,005. He has also thrown 8 touchdowns. The leading receiver in the league this season is Justice Luce. The Lovejoy star has 25 catches for 606 yards.

One of the league's premier quarterbacks will face off with its top pass rusher when Wylie East and Sherman face off next week.

An important game coming up in the league this week will be when Lovejoy takes on McKinney North. The Leopards are in first place, while the Bulldogs are in sixth place.

The league will see a high scoring game when Lovejoy and McKinney North face off this week. The top two offenses in the league, Matt Green's team comes in having scored 220 this season, while Mike Fecci's team has scored 195. The Leopards scored 48 points last week as they defeated Greenville.

Denison moved up to 235 from 384 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in 4A Region II District 13. The Yellowjackets climbed the ranks as a result of beating the Bearcats 42-24.
