Volleyball Recap: Burns Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Burns was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Torrington Trailblazers. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Trailblazers this season, with their most recent loss being a 3-1 defeat back in September.

Burns was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Torrington work for it, especially in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-21, 27-25.

Burns' loss dropped their record down to 7-17. As for Torrington, their victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-12-2.

As of now, neither Burns nor the Trailblazers have any future games scheduled.
