Recap: Woodland Wildcats vs. Dalton Catamounts
The Woodland Wildcats lost against the Dalton Catamounts back in February of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Woodland fell 55-47 to Dalton. Woodland has not had much luck with Dalton recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.
Dalton's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jermichael Craft, who scored 16 points. Kobi Cooper was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with seven rebounds.
Woodland has not been sharp recently, as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-10 record this season. As for Dalton, their victory bumped their record up to 5-11.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Woodland's homestand continues as they prepare to take on Cartersville at 8:00 p.m. on January 19th. Hopefully Cartersville focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 16 on Wednesday. As for Dalton, they will be playing at home against Cass at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Cass focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 12 last Friday.
