Soccer Recap: Albemarle School Has No Trouble Against Kerr-Vance Academy

Albemarle School kept a clean sheet against Kerr-Vance Academy on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 10-0 margin over the Spartans. It was an even better day for Carter Cauley as he scored three goals for his team.

Albemarle School has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 15 goals over those two matchups. As for Kerr-Vance Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Looking ahead, Albemarle School will look to defend their home pitch on Friday against Northeast Academy For Aerospace and Advanced Tech at 5:00 p.m. As for Kerr-Vance Academy, they will challenge The Oakwood School at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Kerr-Vance Academy will need to watch out since The Oakwood School have now posted at least four goals in their last four games.
