Pickerington North came tearing into Tuesday's contest with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the New Albany Eagles as they made off with a 3-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 back in September.

Pickerington North was especially dominant in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-12, 25-19.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Pickerington North to victory, but perhaps none more so than Alexa Thomas, who had 11 digs and four assists. That's the most assists Thomas has posted since back in August.

Despite the loss, New Albany still got an impressive performance from Aline Bhat, who had 14 digs and three aces. Bhat is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last 22 games she's played dating back to last season. Another player making a difference was Maisy Mathers, who had nine assists and four digs.

Pickerington North's win bumped their record up to 14-7. As for New Albany, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-11.

Pickerington North didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Lincoln on the 9th. As for New Albany, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Westerville Central on the 9th.
