Volleyball Game Preview: Indio Rajahs vs. Banning Broncos

The Indio Rajahs will square off against the Banning Broncos at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.

On Tuesday, Indio came up short against Cathedral City and fell 3-1.

Meanwhile, Banning waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Golden Eagles.

Banning was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. The final score came out to 24-26, 25-19, 18-25, 25-22, 15-12.

Banning's win came from a few key players Indio will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Casimihr Cayabyab, who had 12 digs.

Indio's loss dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Banning, their win bumped their record up to 3-0.
