Jefferson Academy lost 3-0 to Stargate School on Tuesday. The Jaguars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Jefferson Academy was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-22, 25-14.

Fans were treated to a battle of the Wildcats on Thursday. The Academy fell just short of St. Mary's Academy by a score of 3-2.

The Academy's loss dropped their record down to 5-12. As for Jefferson Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-12.

Jefferson Academy beat The Academy 3-1 in their previous meeting back in August. Will the Jaguars repeat their success, or do the Wildcats have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
