After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Northern Garrett, Southern was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Hancock Panthers. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Rams as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.
Southern walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the second set). The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-9, 23-25, 25-23.
Southern was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 15 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since October 7th.
