Volleyball Recap: Dell Rapids Has No Trouble Against Madison

It's playoff time, and Dell Rapids had no trouble coming through when it counted. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Madison Bulldogs on Thursday. The Quarriers haven't had any issues with the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Dell Rapids was especially dominant in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-12, 25-18.

Madelynn Henry paced Dell Rapids' offense, picking up 18 kills. Henry got some help from Tenley Anderson and her 28 assists. Anderson was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Dell Rapids' victory bumped their record up to 26-6. As for Madison, their loss dropped their record down to 19-13.

Looking ahead, Dell Rapids will face off against Todd County on Tuesday. Madison does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
