Lone Jack came tearing into Friday's game with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 12 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Concordia Fighting Orioles by a score of 7-4. This was a revenge game for the Mules: when they faced off against the Fighting Orioles back in March, they had to take a 10-1 loss.

Reese Evenson was excellent, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one run and one RBI.

Lone Jack's win bumped their record up to 8-6. As for Concordia, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 15-4.

Lone Jack will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Wellington-Napoleon at 5:00 p.m. on May 5. As for Concordia, they will be taking part in a tournament against Orrick at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
