Softball Recap: Scotland Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Scotland Christian Academy's last matchup with Northwood Temple Academy could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's match on Tuesday. The Saints came up short against the Eagles, falling 18-5. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 19-17 last Thursday.

Rhylee Dial was cooking despite her team's loss, going 1-for-3 with one home run and three RBI.

Scotland Christian Academy is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4-1. As for Northwood Temple Academy, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-2.

Looking ahead, Scotland Christian Academy will face off against Riverside Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Northwood Temple Academy, they will challenge Freedom Christian Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
