Basketball Recap: Mid-Prairie Takes a Loss

Mid-Prairie lost against Regina back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Mid-Prairie Golden Hawks fell 53-45 to the Regina Regals. The matchup marked the Golden Hawks' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Mid-Prairie's loss dropped their record down to 16-5. As for Regina, the victory (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 19-2.

Looking ahead, Mid-Prairie will head out on the road to square off against Central Lee on February 15th. As for Regina, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against West Liberty at 6:30 p.m.
