Baseball Recap: Alden Falls Short of Kennedy in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Alden can now relate to. They took a 10-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Kennedy Bears on Tuesday. The Bulldogs haven't had much luck with the Bears recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Alden saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Josh Kruk, who went 1-for-3 with one run and one double.

Alden's defeat dropped their record down to 10-6-1. As for Kennedy, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-3.

As of now, neither Alden nor the Bears have any future games scheduled.
