Basketball Game Preview: Dothan Wolves vs. Georgiana Panthers

Having just played yesterday, the Dothan Wolves will jump right back in to play the Georgiana Panthers at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. One thing working in Dothan's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.

Dothan picked up another tournament win on Friday. They came out on top against Abbeville by a score of 62-52. Given the Wolves' advantage in MaxPreps' Alabama basketball rankings (they are ranked fourth, while the Yellowjackets are ranked 70th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, couldn't have asked for a better way to wrap up 2024 than the 75-41 stomp they got against Charles Henderson. The match marked the Panthers' most dominant win of the season so far.

The victory made it two in a row for Georgiana and bumps their season record up to 9-3. As for Dothan, they pushed their record up to 15-1 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.
