Basketball Recap: Grissom Comes Up Short

Grissom was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They took a hard 67-51 fall against the Huntsville Panthers. The match was a 26-26 toss-up at halftime, but the Tigers couldn't quite close it out.

Grissom's defeat dropped their record down to 8-14. As for Huntsville, their victory was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 22-1.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Sparkman the next time they take the court. Grissom will host Sparkman at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while Huntsville will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on January 17th.
