Baseball Recap: Sunrise Mountain Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Sunrise Mountain's offense. They came up short against the Western Warriors on Tuesday, falling 15-0. The Miners haven't had much luck with the Warriors recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Sunrise Mountain's loss dropped their record down to 2-16. As for Western, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-13.

While Sunrise Mountain had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.
