Ignacio is 6-1 against Ouray since September of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Saturday. The Bobcats will challenge the Trojans at 12:00 p.m. Ignacio will be looking to extend their current six-game winning streak.

On Friday, Ignacio got the win against Ridgway by a conclusive 3-0.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Ignacio was: they took every set by at least 12 points. The final score came out to 25-11, 25-7, 25-13.

Meanwhile, Ouray lost 3-0 to Dove Creek on Thursday. The Trojans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

While Ouray was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-22, 25-7.

Ignacio's victory bumped their record up to 16-3. As for Ouray, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-12.

Ignacio took their win against Ouray when the teams last played back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bobcats since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
