Softball Game Preview: Chester Cyclones vs. Central Eagles

The Chester Cyclones will take on the Central Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Chester and nine for Central.

On Thursday, Chester came up short against Whitmire and fell 12-7.

Meanwhile, Central lost 10-4 to Cheraw on Wednesday.

Ashariya Myers was cooking despite her team's loss, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with two RBI.

Chester now has a losing record of 9-10. As for Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-15.

Chester got the 'W' when the teams last played back in March against Central by a conclusive 14-6 score. Will the Cyclones repeat their success, or do the Eagles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
