Volleyball Recap: South Bronx Prep Falls to Smith in First Game of Season

South Bronx Prep unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They fell just short of the Smith Warriors by a score of 2-1 on Friday. The Cougars were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Warriors apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

While South Bronx Prep had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on October 14.
