Hillsboro came into Thursday's game looking for another win against Jackson, but Kaylin Sheppard wouldn't allow it. The Ironman/Ironladies were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Indians on Thursday thanks in part to Sheppard, who had 18 digs and two assists. Sheppard is crushing it when it comes to digs: she's had at least 11 every time she's taken the court this season.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-13, 25-19.

The win got Jackson back to even at 5-5. As for Hillsboro, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-3 record this season.

Jackson will be playing in front of their home fans against Chillicothe at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hillsboro, they have already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Western Brown on the 13th.
