Volleyball Recap: Sutton Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Sutton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to the Advanced Math & Science Academy Eagles. The Sammies/Suzies were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Eagles apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Sutton couldn't get the win, but they sure gave Advanced Math & Science Academy a tough time in the fourth set. The match finished with set scores of 25-7, 25-22, 24-26, 30-28.

Sutton's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Advanced Math & Science Academy, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. Sutton will square off against Millbury at 4:30 p.m. on the 24th. As for Advanced Math & Science Academy, they will head out to square off against Marlborough at 3:30 p.m. on Monday.
