With a playoff win on the line, North Penn rose to the challenge on Monday. They put the hurt on the Ephrata Mountaineers with a sharp 8-2 victory. That's two games straight that the Knights have won by exactly six runs.

Trevor Lugara spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered just two earned runs on five hits and racked up eight Ks. Those eight strikeouts set a new season-high mark for him.
