If Escalante wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Milford, they should've done a better job of containing Sadler Barnes. The Milford Tigers were the clear victor by a 66-45 margin over the Escalante Moquis on Thursday thanks in part to Barnes, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and 15 assists. The matchup was his 12th in a row with at least 15 points.

Carson Cheney was another key player, going 6 for 8 on his way to 13 points and six rebounds. That's the most points he has posted since back in November of 2024.

Despite the loss, Escalante still got an impressive performance from Jaxen Cottam, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 16 boards. Another player making a difference was Rayce Jenkins, who put up 12 points.

The win made it two in a row for Milford and bumps their season record up to 18-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 73.5 points over those games. As for Escalante, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-11.

As of now, neither Milford nor Escalante have any future games scheduled.
