Volleyball Recap: Lexington Minutemen vs. Hastings Tigers
Lexington hadn't beaten Hastings on the road since September 25, 2021 but that history sure didn't bother them on Saturday. The Minutemen came out on top against the Tigers by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Minutemen.
Lexington easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The final score came out to 25-11, 25-21.
Rylee Church paced Lexington's offense, picking up five kills. Church got some help from Brynn Kaiser and her 11 assists. Finally, Josslyn Mins kept Lexington's defense grounded, leading the team with three blocks.
