It was a good run, but Lebanon unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Wednesday. They lost 7-1 to the Abingdon Falcons. The match marked the Pioneers' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Lebanon's loss dropped their record down to 13-4. As for Abingdon, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lebanon will head out to square off against Graham at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Pioneers are facing the G-Men at the right time seeing as the G-Men are stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Abingdon, they will take on Ridgeview at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Wolfpack have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 7.6 runs per game on average), something the Falcons will no doubt try to take advantage of.
