Softball Recap: Tualatin Timberwolves vs. Ida B. Wells Guardians
Tualatin barely beat Ida B. Wells the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. Tualatin blew past Ida B. Wells 18-0 on Thursday. The Timberwolves have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Guardians, too.
Hudson Douglass looked comfortable as she struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and not a single walk).
On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Madisen Garrett, who scored three runs while going 2-for-4.
Tualatin was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .394. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Ida B. Wells only posted a batting average of .071.
