There's no place like home for Alief Elsik, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They really took it to the George Ranch Longhorns for the full four quarters, racking up a 50-19 win. The Rams have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight contests by 22 points or more this season.

Despite the loss, George Ranch saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Allison Bauer posted six points and six rebounds.

Alief Elsik has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-11 record this season. As for George Ranch, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 10-16.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Fulshear the next time they take the court. George Ranch will host Fulshear at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while Alief Elsik will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on January 14th.
