It may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Davis Sr. ultimately got the result they hoped for on Friday. They skirted past the St. Francis Troubadours 4-3. The win was some much needed relief for the Blue Devils as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.
Sofia Lester was incredible, firing off two home runs and one double while going 4-for-4. What's more, she posted two RBI, the most she's had since back in March of 2024.
Lester wasn't the only one making solid contact: Davis Sr. kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. The Blue Devils are a perfect 10-0 when they post 11 or more hits.
