Softball Recap: Roncalli Finds Playoff Glory Versus Indian Creek

It's playoff time, and Roncalli had no trouble coming through when it counted. They came out on top against the Indian Creek Braves by a score of 5-2 on Tuesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Royals.

The team relied heavily on Eva Hurrle, who went 1-for-2 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Natalie Summers, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

Roncalli's win bumped their record up to 22-7. As for Indian Creek, their defeat dropped their record down to 17-6.

Looking ahead, Roncalli will face off against New Palestine at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Royals 3.6, the Dragons 1.9) so any runs scored will be well earned. Indian Creek does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
